Problem downloading files the elder scrolls legends

This worked for me. I disconnected the power supply to my router and modem for several seconds and then reconnected. I also restarted my computer.

Hope this helps. Try verifying the game cache on Steam - there are a handful of steps but it's not too difficult and often seems to help. Find the one that says 'Local Files' and click on it.

Select this and wait a bit. What should happen is, the game will do a 'self-check' of itself to make sure everything has been successfully downloaded. If you see it go back to 'Download Mode' for even a small amount of time, it probably means some important bit of info got scrambled or left behind and has now been re-added to your game files.
