Hi there. I need big Help!!!! It told me to uninstall and then re-install so watching youtube some people said before re-installing turn off PS4 fully then leave finger on ON button for the double beep and select option 5 on PS4 which basically defrags and deletes old files????

The problem still exists I thought it might be the PS4 console but everything else works fine its only Destiny 2 that has this problem One thing that I have figured out is that the Blue screen appears randomly not at a certain point in a game????
